Please note that Namaste Wellness Spa, LLC will not give any information about you to others without your consent.  We do not sell email addresses, phone numbers or mailing addresses to any third party companies.  From time to time we do send emails with our specials to you if you are on our email mailing list or mailers with information.  These emails and mailings come directly from us.  If you wish to be removed from any of our private lists, please call or email us and we will remove you from any future mailings.

Return Policy

We do not issue returns or refunds on gift certificates or spa services.  We do accept returns on products purchased within 7 days of purchase if the product is unopened and unused.  Product must be returned in original box or container. 

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment without a cancellation fee.  We also require a credit card or gift certificate to hold an appointment.  If you cancel with less that 24 hours notice, you will incur a $20 cancellation fee per treatment charged to your credit card or gift certificate.
Please Note:  We can not treat anyone with Cold or Flu Symptoms

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase.

The expiration date is listed on the gift certificate above the "Expires" line. 

If a gift certificate is not redeemed before the one year expiration date, a $20 per treatment  charge will be assessed, if it is a Spa Package the package will be assessed $20 per treatment.
Gift Certificates are to be used for spa treatment services only. 
A 20% Gratuity will be added to all spa packages or treatments over $150.00.
